SAPE (S.A. de Promoción y Ediciones) participates in the building of Social Housing dwellings, achieving quality standards equivalent to those of free housing market.
Accordingly, SAPE (S.A. de Promoción y Ediciones) is to actively collaborate with housing programs implemented by the Central Administration, Autonomous Communities and other public bodies.
During 2010, SAPE (S.A. de Promoción y Ediciones) has started building 40 Social Housing units (VPO) in Salou -in the province of Tarragona-, in accordance with the General System (visit vpo-salou.com) for further information), providing advice and support to applicants/families in completing the necessary formalities to access allocations granted to them as social housing recipients.
